     Tom Nations a colleague, friend and mentor too many in our industry,was an industry “leader” in every sense of the word.Tom was known for always having a smile on his face and being able to bring one to yours. Whatever the topic you might disagree on, he had a talent of finding common ground and ending the conversation on a positive note. Tom was a strong supporter of our industry and an asset to the Dent Wizard team.
He attended every Mobile Tech Expo and was there to talk with everyone about the pros and cons the industry was dealing with. He was known as a straight forward guy that would never allow a disagreement to hinder a friendship.
      The industry will honor him with the annual “Tom Nations Memorial” trophy being given to the winner of the “PDR Person of the Year Award” each year at the Int’l Mobile Tech Expo.
      Tom passed away at the age of 53 in April 2007, to honor his memory it was decided that it would be appropriate to name the award the "Tom Nations Memorial " award for the PDR Person of the Year. He was also an avid fan of getting techs together in a social gathering whether it be a sporting event or cocktails.
